How to Silence the Mind

Each person has between 50,000-70,000 thoughts per day. That's the equivalent of between 35 and 48 thoughts per minute. Wow!



It can be a challenge to silence the mind with that much activity going on. Just like we don't want our heart or kidneys to stop...we don't want out mind to stop. We'd just like to silence it...and silence it on demand.


We all love a pleasant memory or thought that makes us feel good. It's the negative ones we want to do away with. Ever notice they are about the past or a sabotaging projection into the future?


Often we will have a wonderful thought about the future; we feel wonderful about it and all of the sudden, we hesitate, then the self doubt seeps in. and before we know it, we stop and sink into a hopeless frequency. And it all started with a thought. These come from the egoic mind and blocks the connection to Source aka Infinite Intelligence.


Since our feelings and thoughts create our reality, we want to direct them to create what we want to experience in our lives.
